Committees

  • The Social Media and Web Coordinator updates the PA website, manages social media, and writes our newsletter.

  • The Grants Committee Chair, plus committee, reviews applications and awards grants in fall and spring cycles.

  • The Annual Appeal Chair, plus committee, writes and distributes the PA Annual Appeal, our largest fundraising vehicle, and writes donation thank you notes.

  • The Speaker Series Coordinator researches and arranges for outside speakers to speak at CCHS about relevant issues concerning our community.

  • The Family Directory Coordinator works with the administration to lay out the student directory for print. (We are exploring the possibility of migrating to a digital directory in the future.)

  • The Nominating Committee reviews the skills and characteristics required of Executive Board candidates and seeks out qualified volunteers.

  • The Event Coordinator organizes events and the recruitment of volunteers for events including the Teacher Appreciation Lunch and Dinner, Principal Gatherings, Tailgate Parties, and more.
